This model is not a heaviest one but especialy rope structure increases the file sizes. You can reduce them but over reduction may causes some deformations on the structure.
Not for games but suitable for animations or presentations. PBR is helps to some reality.
Textures are ok for C4D format but baked textures are perfectly fit to all other formats. Just find and define them to the correct objects.
