Oyster Farming Shed Low-poly 3D model

DESCRIPTION

This 3D model has been worked by minimizing the polygons as much as possible. So it's a lowpoly model. The model consists of several animateable elements (eg doors, windows, shutters, lights and other objects). It is configured for day and night renderings (Using the Daylight system and many lights). VRayFur plugin is used for making grass. Fully laid out, it is ready to use for 3dmax/Vray use. An FBX and OBJ version is also available. The textures are on a separate ZIP file and must be unzipped in the same folder as the 3D file. Items, such as the trailer, furniture, are incorporated into this file, but they are also sold separately.

This model is inspired by a typical shed in Mornac (Charente-Maritime, FRANCE). This is used for processing and packaging products from the sea (shellfish).

This model was designed for use as renders, games, AR/VR. This model used textures on PNG file. PBR ready : Diffuse/BaseColor, Specular/Metallic, Glossiness/Roughness, Opacity, Emissive, Normal.
