
3D model of the small office building.
Project of the building was made using Autodesk REVIT 2020.
Native format of the model is .rvt and it contains all features characteristic for this type of architectural project. Other formats are converted from the .rvt project file.
Revit file contains defined materials with the textures which are included in the REVIT basic material library, the presented renders are based on the REVIT file and rendered using REVIT .
Blender file is untextured and contain plain, untextured raw model geometry converted from Revit file.
Model is made in real scale, base unit is metric [mm].
As visible on the presented renderings building has 7 storeys above the ground level and 2 undeground storeys.
Height of the single storey of the building - 3,5 m. Height of the whole building 24,5 m above the ground level. Floor plan on ground level dimensions: 36x36 meteres. Single hexagonal segment of the building: 12x12 meters.
The basic materials of the structural elements of the buildings are defined including basic textures and bump maps. This applies to the .rvt and .3ds file formats, .blend, .obj, .fbx files include only model mesh without textures.
Floor plans of the building are formed in the shape of connected hexagons, this idea goes across whole design of the building including interior design - hexagonal lighting fixtures, fontain in the main hall etc.
Model doesnt contains furniture but contains interior elements such as railings, doors, windows, balusters, lighting fixture.
Model contains defined lighting sources including custom lighting fixtures.
Model contains terrace and pavement adjacent to the building.
