Modular Fence Gate - 3-Rail Estate Fence Gate Low-poly 3D model

Modular Fence Gate - 3-Rail Estate Fence Gate contains 2 meshes total and 1 PBR texture. Model is packaged as 2 separate meshes, the posts + hinges together and the fence and locking piece together. Both files are named accordingly.

Fence Posts are slotted to allow the fence to appear that it goes into the posts without clipping occuring, there are 3 variations of fence post that are interchangable when building fences or when using code/blueprints that generate fence structures automatically. If a more simplistic approach is required, exporting the fence with a single post on one side and then paste that around the perimeter.

This model is intended for use with the Modular Fence Pack - 3-Rail Estate Fence on my page, but can also be used as a stand-alone model.

Model world origin is set to (0, 0, 0) for ease of use when importing into game engines such as Unity and Unreal. Model is built to real life scale, measuring about 3.8' in height, and should easily import into any scene.
