The geometry has been triangulated to ensure it shades as accurately as possible in game engines . Zbrush Tool (.ztl) included with SDiv 5 onto which the micro details are projected. There the model has UV and you can use the model from any SDiv n for your tasks.
All texture sets were exported at higher resolutions of the necessary resolution for an easier downscale of the texture size(if needed). Intended for game or real time use, but have enough details to be used as background element, in design visualisation or film. Can be used very well in Unreal Engine, Unity or any similar softwares.
