DESCRIPTION

The parametric face-based Revit family; can be used on any surface in Revit.The Revit family was created in Revit 2017. Please feel free to use it in any Revit versions from 2017 up to 2022.

The family includes 3 nested families of the ladder components: the wall connector, the main rail, and the step. It has a division on the detail levels: coarse, medium, and fine.

The parameters you can control:

  • Height top: a distance from the top of ladder until a zero level
  • Height bottom: a distance from the bottom of ladder until a zero level
  • Width: the ladder width
  • Wall distance: a distance from the base surface to the ladder or the depth
  • Min connector distance: the minimum distance between two wall connectors
  • Min step distance: the minimum distance between two steps

As well as Materials and Finishes:

  • Frame material
  • End cap material

The Revit family doesn't include preset types.

As well, I saved the FBX and 3d DWG formats, but I don't think it can be really useful because it's the revit family.
