DESCRIPTION

This is a detailed model of the skyscraper at 225 West 57th in New York, named Central Park Tower.

The building was modelled in 3ds Max 2019, and rendered using Vray 3.6. All previews are rendered in Vray.

The model represents the true scale and size of the tower, and has been built using floor plans and elevations that are available in the public realm. Though the detail is carefully modelled, some variation to the actual building may exist due to a lack of information that is publicly available, or discrepancies in the plans and elevations.

There are some interior details (walls and slabs) modelled, and provided on a separate layer. Materials are simple, using only procedural maps.

Basic massing of the immediate context is also provided.

The model is clean, and normals are all correct.

Supplied formats include:

3ds max 2016 (Vray & Corona), .3ds, .FBX, .obj
