Building with Billboard 3D model

Basic city style home with a billboard on top. Can be used for scenes on top of the building or painting on top of a render in photoshop on the billboard.

Let me know if you see ways I can improve my display of this object or the object itself along with descriptive information! This is my first upload and I have more coming.
