Detailed 3D model of a conference and exhibition building, created in SketchUp, designed to merge functionality and aesthetics for artistic and cultural events. With a total area of ​​404 m², the design optimizes the exhibition and conference space, prioritizing spaciousness and fluid visitor flow. Restrooms are centralized on an island, freeing up the perimeter for exhibition and conference rooms, while large windows ensure natural light and panoramic views of the exterior. The design includes reception and lounge areas for attendees, and flexible spaces are considered to accommodate different types of events and exhibitions. The structure and finishes have been accurately modeled for realistic visualization, allowing the building to be explored from multiple angles, facilitating project planning and presentation.
