I bought this for my driving simulator city I am building - Los Injurus City for the simulator Beamng Drive. I have a very spartan budget so this fit the bill - but I actually bought this because it not only was a good price but I really liked the look of it. The scale is correct and it comes with things grouped into convenient sections so you can easily wrangle the not-too-bad UV's into what you need. My needs require super-low draw-calls since our game-engine has DirectX 11 as a fall-back if Vulkan isn't supported, so I did spend a day or more wrangling UV's sewing everything up and duplicating orphan UV's with like-textures - thank-goodness for having paid for some scripts to speed that up. That said, the way the UV's were laid out - despite not being sewn - makes things very easy to work with. In all honesty I have seen much, much worse. I had to make a few small adjustments to the model, just minor nit-picks as we say here, and add doors since you'll be seeing most of it from street level - but I have those already so it's all good. I will add an elevator shaft shortly also, but for most this building should be fine as-is unless you're running this on a direct-x 11 or older rendering engine. Didn't find errors with this model, and did not find 'hidden' surfaces either. Building is easy to manipulate again due to previously mentioned groups. If you want this for a city scene outside of video games - this is GREAT - if you are going to run this in a game, be prepared to optimize it some. I cannot even begin to complain for the price, however, and am very satisfied. The two smaller low-rise structures can be moved independently and arranged as satellite buildings regardless if you wish to physically have them connected with the main structure or not. That's a nice bonus. Thank-you for the great model, and the wonderful vision in architecture as you have a lot of talent with that!
