Game/VR/AR-ready low-poly model of a worn and broken concrete block with several pieces of rusty rebar sticking out of it. The model has 4K PBR-textures and is built to real-world scale (metric system).
Concrete blocks such as these are quick to produce and can be used in the same way as jersey barriers, for example, to build temporary roadblocks, defensive positions, or to funnel traffic.
The model and PBR-textures are prepared for use with Unity and Unreal Engine, but can easily be adapted to other game engines, or to other uses. The model was created using Blender and Substance Painter. Preview images were rendered with Iray.

File Formats
FBX 7.4 (.fbx)*
OBJ 3.0 (.obj and .mtl)
Collada 1.4.1 (.dae)
Blender 4.0.2 (.blend)
* There are three different FBX-files, one standard PBR MetalRough, one for Unity and one for Unreal.
Materials & Textures
The model is UV-mapped and has a single material and three sets of physics based textures, one for PBR MetalRough, one for Unity (metallic workflow) and one for Unreal Engine. The textures are not baked into the model, but are saved as png-files with a resolution of 4096 x 4096 pixels (8 bits) in the zip-file PBR textures in the subfolders PBR textures, Unity textures and Unreal Engine textures:
