Misleading product page. After some back and forth the creator sent an updated Blend file that represents what's being shown in the images. FBX and OBJ are the parts of this creation. The Blend model seems to have the parts hidden unnecessarily within it, but also includes the "low poly scene" shown in the images. After some proper organization, turns out to be a great file under new render settings. Thanks
