For around $20 you get an entire school. There are some flaws but despite the cheap price it's fine I guess. The lockers have some shading issues since they are not only quads, they have a lot off triangles. The lightning is not optimized, there are no area lamp portals. And the point lights are placed close to the lamps. Which makes it grainy of course when using cycles. Those things are easy to fix. For 20 bucks I can not argue. Only one classroom has chairs and a desk pult. It's located bottom left if you enter through the locker area. There is even a restroom building, not sports area or building. Most of it is classrooms. It's a very good base though you can work with and refine to your liking. So I like it.
