DESCRIPTION

A low poly terraced house set up to be cloned into a terrace row. Contains main house, roof tiles, ridge tiles and drain pipes.

The C4D file contains a set-up cloner system too.

Previews rendered with Octane, but only one material used so very easy to re-texture etc

The file has 1746 polys when used in c4d with the cloners that make the tiles, but 29984 when collapsed down
