If I buy this product, can I download the FBX file containing texture and material right away?

3D Showroom Level Kit Vol 8 is a prefabs PBR modular kit, to help you to create high tech neutral showrooms for VR and marketing events.
The kit is very easy to use and customize! (PSD included for text elements)
Present your products in 3D or VR! (projects presentations, vehicles, exhibitions, multimedia events, interactive applications, marketing launch etc...). The pack is VR, tablet and mobilefriendly! Low poly models (max 40 => 3500 tris) but 8K textures provided! (resize them for mobile).
Just think to resize textures and decrease rendering options... Flat textures are provided(also normal maps, metal), if you want to personalize the kit for your needs.
Map included into the package! Do not forget to read the readme file! no complicated building rules. Just duplicate/move the elements for your needs, and play!

It a Unity package, it include all the FBX files and the textures, but warning! You will need to extract the package by yourself, and you need to recreate manually all the prefabs i made for Unity! I don't apply support for others engines than Unity.

Do textures apply when importing this asset to the unreal engine?

Yes you need to copy the texture inside the same directory as the FBX files :)
