Solna is a feat of craftsmanship, with a voluminous shade created by casting molten glass into the southernmost metal ring, thereby fusing the two together, creating a confident/assured material and sartorial bond. Solna’s superpower is the ability to reflect all that surrounds it, whether lit or not, like a sculptural mirror. It is suspended from a custom-made metal canopy by three bespoke chains, with every single link created and soldered by hand in a 150-year-old French workroom.
