This model was created in Cinema4d r20 and is made to render with arnold 5. The only texture that is included is a specular roughness map for the metal (it is darker instead of lighter as a specular map would be). If you are going to use this in another program besides cinema4d and arnold render, you will have to recreate the semi-transparent texture of the light bulb glass. The glass is made by adding transmission in arnold renderer (i.e. transparency or refraction) to the bulb but not too much. In vray you may need to reduce the refraction glossiness to remake a similar effect.
The light includes 7 arnold lights within the model: one light in each bulb to illuminate them, one light above each bulb to shine extra light on the ceiling, and one disc light below the model to shine light on the ground. Light nodes are included in the fbx file however they will most likely not function the same by default when you open them in another program.
Turning on and off the light: There is an on group and an off group in the light model. Simply make one visible and make another one not visible and it will function correctly and turn off the lights once you disable the on group and visa versa.
