virtual point Lights are not included in the .fbx file.To use the light turn on the group under lampStandLight_grp > lightingMakeVisibleWhenOn and also make the original lightbulb invislble.There are two lightbulbs, one with a clear texture and one with an on texture. Be sure to only have one visible at one time or you will have artifacts in your renders.
