Included:

• Files: textures 2048 PBR: Base Color, Height, Metallic, Normal and Roughness.
• Files: textures 2048 Unreal: Base Color, Normal and Occlusion/Roughness/Metallic.
• Files: .blend, .fbx and .obj.

Comments:

• The object is a unique mesh and one single material.
• The pivot point is centered at the base of the mesh (0.0.0).
• The topology is quad-based.
• There are no ngos in the mesh.
• All texture file names are prefixed with the object name, followed by the default PBR texture name.

There are also files .blend and .fbx with the textures already applied:

• The textures folders must be unzipped where these files are located.
• The files are: water_tank_with_textures_applied.blend and water_tank_with_textures_applied.fbx
