Presented model is full architectural project of the four storey residental building with underground garage and green roof.
Main project made in Autodesk Revit 2020 contains full objects information including designed layers of the materials, cross sections of the structural elements and finish layers. All materials included in project can be find in basic AEC materials library. All dimensions are metric [mm]. Building has been designed (all dimensions, heights, widths ) according to current architectural european standards. Building has four residental storeys above terrain level each containing 4 flats with 3 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen space and balcony, bathroom, room wardrobe, entrance hall. Repititive floor plans Building has staircase situated in the centre with designed core elvataor shaft. Roof has been designed as a green (usable space) roof meaning application of the planting substrate as a insulation material which creates possibility for planting decorational shrubs on the roof. Underground garage contains 14 parking spots for residents.
Revit project has been imported and adapted into Blender 2.80. Basic cycles materials have been created using Revit textures, few mesh adjustments have been made.
Both Revit (.rfa) and Blender (.blend) files contain basic interior lighting which can be used for nightime scenes.All rooms are free for adaptation, no furniture elements have been placed yet.Author of the project has masters degree in Civil engineering.
