Soviet industrial building of a repair factory. 70s of 20th century.
Used texture atlases and 2 uv maps.The first UV is for the atlas, the second UV is for the ORM (AO, roughness , metallic). Full PBR textures, with a second UV for lightmaps.

The model is fully stitched and has 1 mesh. The model is checked for collisions and geometry errors. Ready to be imported into the game . Large, beautiful, consumes few resources.
