Don't need to edit any thing, Just drop the model in the scene and start rendering Realistic.This model is made with correct scaling (Real world).All the textures and Environment map (HDRI image) are attached with this.The textures and materials are properly named.

The 3D model is properly UV Unwrapped. The UV Maps are also attached with this, so that you can edit that .
