Maison Errazuriz, 1930.by Le CorbusierZapallar, Chile._The previews are RAW images from 3ds max, no photshop._Comissioned by the chilean diplomat Eugenia Errazuriz, this vacation house was intended to be built in Zapallar, a remote seaside village on the Chilean Pacific.
With scarce technical resources and skilled labour, in this project Le Corbusier recurred to existing elements on the surroundings and local building techniques: walls of large blocks of stone, poles of tree trunks and roofing in ceramic tiles.
The rusticity of the materials is in no way an obstacle to the manifestation of a free plan and a modern aesthetic. Le Corbusier
