It is punctuated with voids filled with trees. Arranged around a central courtyard, buildings' facades have large voids that open the building to the surrounding city, and serve as hanging gardens. A central void runs through the building, allowing daylight to filter through to the interiors of the offices, with the voids connecting the exterior facade and this light well. Connecting the interior and the exterior, it protects and shields as much as it reveals. It balances daylight, solar radiation and views, making a decisive contribution to the quality of the interiors.These considerations define the facade design, i.e. the panels rotate depending on the amount of daylight received.
