Description

This a model of dirty style building / skyscraper. It consist of base, upper part, lift, air conditioner, electric box, window glass, doors, ground, green light. Interior is only walls, fillars, stairs, elevator shaft. It can be hide or delete if is not neccesary. Interior has basic textures.All objects are organized in layers. All objects has unique names and all 3d models are low poly. The names of the objects correspond with the names of their materialsTextures usually 2k: Normal Map, Diffuse Map, Roughness Map, Mettalic Map. There is a mask for Neon.All objects have textures.

In case whitout interior there are: 118 k polygons and 132 k verts . In case with interior there are: 150 k polygons and 165 k verts
