Futuristic building 3D model
Architectural 3D model of a futuristic apartment building. Modern style with tide openings, built around multiple small courtyards and terraces. A cooperative organisation of apartments. Floors have solved, functional apartments. The upper most floors are duplexes.Inspired by japanese metabolism and european modernism. The plans were derived through a grid corresponding to needs for various rooms and services, optimized for flexibility on multiple floors by eliminating or slightly shifting a module to create a terrace. The many terraces are envisaged as small green spaces next to rooms or larger open spaces for events.
