Beautiful door! It opened just fine and I loved it when I purchased on March 23, 2022, however, surprisingly, a year later, in Blender 3.4 I get an error msg says "Version 6100 not supported, must be version 7100" and I just downloaded a fresh file on March 23, 2023. I'll need to contact the artist and see if he can update the file for me.
