Note: Doors and doorjumps are separate models. You can put a door without a doorjumps or a doorjumps without a doors (or all of them). The models does not have a rig (bones).

All textures are sorted by folder for your convenience. There are Metal/Roughness textures and especially for Unreal Engine 4. In each archive there is a file JPG «INFO on models», where the names of models and their textures are marked, so that you are not confused.

In the file . max on models modifier «Turn to poly» for polygon triangulation. If you don’t want it, delete the modifier.

Models including:
Metal/Roughness: AO, BaseColor, Normal, Metallic and Roughness texture maps.
Unreal Engine: BaseColor, Normal, OcclusionRoughnessMetallic texture maps.

Textures resolution: 512x512, 1024x1024 and 2048x2048 and 4096x4096.
