The model is in the rar file. Select rar file, Right click mouse button, open drop-down menü, select extract here from menu list.
There is obj formats file in the rar file.
Format : OBJ + STL
The model is ready for prototyping with CNC machining and 3D printing.

yes you can open it but you cannot edit in 3ds max.
