Run down apartment building without textures. Add your own textures. Natively modeled in SketchUp 2020 and exported in .OBJ .FBX and .DAE. Model is built in 1:1 real world scale and grouped by element. Some base materials and textures provided. Model is of the exterior only making it ideal for use in:
