Simply 13 3D model

Simply 13 has the simple shape of rounded corner square. As the name suggests it has 13 rooms, 8 big rooms, 4 small rooms and a huge hall on the top floor; plus the huge terrace on the top floor too. The way to the top floor through the center with help of two spiral ladders installed o ne upon the other. Need to check this out. The covering of the staircase looks like a lift. Hope you like it. It also has ample of space for parking, though only one is shown. Good for jogging or morning walk.
