I had to add a new vray physical camera to sort out the over exposed image from their own camera and unfortunately when the model opens it needs to convert it to vray as it keeps referring to ART render but once you do all of this within max you can get decent results close to the rendered images they show. TIP: in max 2020 and vray next i deleted their plane light and added an adaptive dome light with an HDR map/exr and honestly the render quality is soooo much better! try it, you will love the effect you get from the hdr! oh and the converted vray materials show up as an error in the log, saying unlocked highlights and reflection glossiness for most of the materials but im still getting great renders so i dont know how this effects the scene? im going to completely remap when i get time with new shaders to see how i can improve it for future use of my own 3d floor plans
