Yorkshire Tenement Cartoon Style 3D model

A cartoon version of an old Yorkshire tenement.

The building can be rotated 180º to show the rear elevation for variety when arraying to create a street.

The model can be used as is, or with a bevel modifier (on weighted edges) or/and a subdivision modifier to create softer forms. A pdf is included with objects and modifier settings.

Exported with 2 versions, one with modifiers applied, the other without.

Blender file contains unapplied modifiers.

Vertex and face count without modifiers applied.

All textures supplied.

All previews with modifiers unless noted.

Included in the previews are stills from a short animation. Please note the bench and grass environment are not included with the model.
