Wow this is one of the best packs on CGtrader! Been let down by the level of detail in a few other NYC packs I grabbed before this one. This is AAA quality, the FBX file actually imports with all the textures and materials linked unlike a ton of FBX models on here that take me forever to get working in HDRP. This one worked flawlessly out of the box, good poly count too.

The model is spectacular, very detailed and exactly what I was looking for to use in some of my upcoming personal projects. I have been looking at it for a while and am back working on a project that I had put aside because of other matters, so just jumped on it. This is definitely one of the best NY city environments I've seen, and I had been looking for over a year.
