Description
A small but detailed NYC scene based off NYC, Seaport, 32 Peck Slip.
Composed of a street road intersection and 12 beautiful NYC themed buildings. 5 of them are high poly SoHo NYC buildings.
Consists of 1k, 2k realistic road and building textures. Street textures are full PBR. Windows are a seperate material.
I’ve made each individual building easily accessible so you can dissect it/add new features to it for your personal projects however you desire.
