This is a block-out of a small town municpal building. All the surfaces are planes - subdivided into square meter faces to work faster with magnet/snapping tools which can use vertices and edges. Walls, windows, doors and railings are consistent with this style of measurement which is easy to work with in game engines with rooms measuring three meters in height. Terrain is added as a visual reference in the second file. This type of model is the perfect starting point to start with aesthetics if you're designing a neighborhood or a town.
