Only high definition version here for nanite use.

How to set up materials: Create 3 new materials in ue4/5. In each material drag and drop albedo(diffuse), roughness and normal textures I provided. For brackets and bolts there's also metal texture. Connect them all appropriately. OR use Quixel megascans or your existing seamless materials from your scene such as wood materials for frame, metal or painted metal for bolts/brackets and painted/rusted/bare metal for roof.
