Family house Low-poly 3D model

Nicely textured real world scaled and very detailed low-poly model that imported into Blender 3.1.2 with no import issues. Initially there were some texture and UV issues with the model but the creator was very responsive and corrected these within 24 hours of notification of the problems by me. After the corrections everything was it it should be in Blender with no further problems. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS19). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS19 route creators, but only under the license provisions. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this low-poly model! Recommended!
