Features:-High quality mid poly model. It has real world scale-This museum refers to a real world object-Model isn't intended to be subdivided, as it is a game ready object-4K textures-Textures can be modified-Model is fully textured with all materials applied.-All textures and materials are included and mapped in every format.-3ds Max models are grouped for easy selection, and objects are logically named.-There several .max files for different 3ds Max versions.Some of them have standard materials, because they are designed to be exported into game engines.There are also VRay versions with VRay materials applied. You can see both VRay and PBR renders above-No special plugin needed to open scene.-Objects contain manually created LODs (Level of details). Building has basic LOD as well as LOD1 and LOD2-Model also has collision (see notes)-Model is totally UV unwrapped and uses unique textures mostly. -Texture archive consists of PBR and VRay textures.-There is a folder with TGA files inside. Those textures are optimized for game engines. Warning: Depending on which software package you are using, the exchange formats (.obj, .3ds and .fbx) may not match the preview images exactly. Due to the nature of these formats, there may be some textures that have to be loaded by hand and possibly triangulated geometry.
