Native Cinema 4D 2025.2 and Redshift 2025.3 - Trees, grass and equipment inside the builidng scatter using MoGraph - fully customizable.

Update to the old model.

OBJ Format comes without textures at the momement - some techincal difficulties exporting it. But It has all the materials applied to the right objects.

More format will come soon : Blender, Unreal and possibly Max

Office equipment added inside but only to fill up the space - it is not accurate and it was way to heavy to get more of it, especially for OBJ and FBX format. Walls inside also just to visualy break the space - not accurate except main fundation walls.
