Inostrancevia (after Russian scientist Inostrantzev) is the extinct genus of quadrupedal mammal-like reptile from gorgonopsids family. It was predators characterized by long, saber-tooth-like canines. During the Permian period, before the time of the first dinosaurs, Inostrancevia was one of the largest predators of its time. Yep! Proportions need to be revised a bit. If I were you I would put a more irregular and random pattern in the animal's skin Render is not bad

Work more on the anatomy. At the moment it lacks some proportions. You can always refer to https://www.amazon.com/ZBrush-Characters-Creatures-Kurt-Papstein/dp/1909414131 This is a useful resource for 3D anatomy because it looks that you are far away from that. Study it and improve it
