Amazing rig! Simple to use, and really cool design reminiscent of Drogon from GOT. Really digging the facial fins, and wings having simple rotators for added flaring. The whole thing is symmetrized so I could easily make small adjustments to the design. I would only offer constructive feedback that the tail is a bit difficult to control...The way the rig is setup it doesn't move naturally for follow-through animations and often whips around when at extreme angles... perhaps FK or some kind of dynamic simulation would work better to capture a more life-like motion.
