Animated Bioluminescent Jellyfish set up in Octane AND Redshift

Animated Bioluminescent Jellyfish set up in Octane AND Redshift 3D model

Description

Animated Bioluminescent Glowing Jellyfish for Octane renderer in Cinema 4D and also REDSHIFT for Cinema 4D

The Cinema 4D file makes use of a 600 frame Alembic of the animated jellyfish. You can slow down the file or speed it up. The Cinema 4D file already comes set-up with a spline wrap to make the Jellyfish go in any direction you want. You can play with the offset in animation as well as the spline offset to create infinite Jellyfish variations.

  • Of the file formats the only version that is animated is the Alembic file.
  • There are multiple materials in Octane to give to the strands, you can play around with different material or make your own. The head is UV-mapped.

DISCLAIMER:

  • The preview images are renders from Octane and Redshift, and because of the way the materials work there are small differences in the final look of the Jellyfish depending on what renderer you use.
