He is both rigged, textured, and comes in dae, fbx, odj, and even stl files. There are a couple of blender files and one that has an animation. Textures are 3000 x 3000px. Includes custom Diffuse and Spec Maps Model was originally intended for poses and animation, some adjustments may need to be made for 3D printing.
