I just bought it but couldn't find a way to use it. I want to import into 3dsmax(2021) to use in a video. However, the body and the animations are separated fbx files. How can I set the body to the desired animation? I tried with cinema4d too, copying the rig keyframes from the animation file to the body file via dopesheet, but it messes everything up.

NO for Blender users.
Disappointed with my recent purchase. Attempting to integrate it into Blender has been incredibly frustrating. Separate FBX files for the body and animations made connecting them a nightmare. The mesh broke, and the rig disconnected, rendering it unusable.
There was no documentation explaining how to use the files in Maya. Furthermore, despite reaching out to the artist for help and guidance, no assistance was provided.
Requests for format conversion and a refund were both rejected. This lack of support and unwillingness to address compatibility issues is deeply disappointing.
Potential buyers, particularly Blender users, should be cautious of these integration issues before making a purchase.
Hoping for improvements from the seller to better support their customers in the future.
