This is a set of game ready animations and basemesh. Textures are in the zipped texture folder.
This model tends to have a problem where the mandibles will detatch themselves from the rest of the animation. I usually unparent and reparent until I find a setting that works. Or you could retopologize the entier head. Just be aware if it happens it is fixable with reparenting.
Lastly, to get the tail to freely swing around, you can add a damped track modifier to every segment individually. Right now it's going to loop through the same animations over and over again.
