Introduction
This is a high-quality Mute Swan model with multiple 4K maps, rigging, animation and fur. The model has an unlooped swimming animation, a looping flying animation. And it's made with Blender and Cycles renderer at real-world scale.
The model consists of multiple objects: Body, body feathers, pupils, lens, lacrimal caruncle, tongue, wing feathers, tail feathers, wing facets
Polygons
Body: vertices 18,065; polygons 18,058
Body feathers: vertices 262,250; polygons 193,166
Pupils: vertices 4,996; polygons 4,992
Lens: vertices 1,028; polygons 1,088
Lacrimal caruncle: vertices 772; polygons 768

Rigging
Full controllers are available to make it easier to create postures and animations. The features are as follows:<ctr_spine._b controls the entire model
ctr_spine._f controls the entire model
ctr_fold_wing.L/R controls the flexion of wings
ctr_stretch_neck controls the head
ctr_jaw_root controls the opening and closing of mouth
ctr_FeaM_total.L/R, ctr_FeaT_total.L/R, ctr_FeaR_total.L/R and ctr_FeaRoot.L/R control the rotation of the wing feathers overallctr_fold_tail controls the flexion and extension of tail feathers
ctr_foot.L/R controls the position and rotation of feet
Customized attributes:
Neck_IKFK: switch the IK/FK of neck
Leg_IKFK: switch the IK/FK of legs
Leg_Stretch: extension of arms
Hip_Follow: bottom following
Facial rigging available
Every feather is rigged with bones
and more...
Animations
Loopable flying animation at 30 fps, frame range 17-39;
Unloopable swimming animation at 30 fps, frame range 0-450;
Features
The model is in meter units at real-world scale.
The particle systems of the feathers are kept, with the render button disabled. And the instance objects of the feathers have also remained.
It's normal to see lagging and non-responsive UI while operating, because a lot of processing is applied to create such detailed and realistic feathers.
When rendering, the Transparency in Max Bounces should be at least 20 or there will be black areas in the rendering image
The initial pose needs to be reset manually if needed. Here are the steps: In pose mode, select all the controllers, then press Alt+R, Alt+G, and Alt+S.
Besides, toggle off the surface deform modifiers of the single feathers.
The model can be rendered in the current project, without any other adjustment.
