About the model:Model of a hummingbird created in blender 3.2.1The topology is optimal for animating, it has a system of hairs in which each one has a card assigned to the feathers, the feathers are made with a transparency map that I include in the files.There are three hair systems, one for the feathers created with cars, others for filling, and others on the legs that would be the white feathers.For a higher visual quality in the most exposed areas of the skin such as the beak, eyes and legs, it has a displacement map.

Rigging:The rigin is created in Blender, it has controllers on the wings to be able to fold them, as well as controls on the legs, tail and rest of the body, the expression controllers are blend shapes that are activated manually since it has no bones in the face, you have to go manually to the blend shape tab.I recommend that to animate, turn off all hair systems and the displacement map in the modifiers tab.
