I'm still waiting to hear back from the seller, but this crow is not weight painted and doesn't have any vertex groups. So the animation simply moves the bones and not the mesh. I tried skinning it in Blender with automatic weights, but that turned out to be a complete mess. Especially since the bones aren't lined up properly either. Hopefully the seller can send me a completed version.
