Aero Commander 500 V07 3D model
Description
This model was built near to scale. It is fully textured. The cockpit is detailed and the cabin includes seating and interior walls. The landing gear may be retracted or hidden for flight animations. The propellers are animated.
The Rockwell Aero Commander was designed for the executive and family transport market during the 1950s. It was soon a popular twin aircraft powered with two IO 560 reciprocating engines mounted in the wings. It has also been built in commercial and military versions. Today after 50 plus years commanders are still in service all over the world. A few remain in service with military units of third world countries and agencies of the US Government.
